Hex Ply is the default. Rubber is intentionally restricted to flooring because it is designed as a high-grip load surface, not a wall or barrier finish.

Wall, door and floor panels take the knocks from tools and cargo before the van's factory metal does.

Easier to Maintain

Wipeable Hex and rubber surfaces are made for dirty trade use, while carpet creates a cleaner premium cabin.

Quieter Load Area

Adding fitted panels and carpet helps reduce loose-panel vibration and softens noise from everyday cargo movement.

Hex Ply

The default hard-wearing finish. Water resistant, easy to wipe down and suited to flooring, wall lining and ply partitions.

Rubber Finish

A high-grip, impact-friendly overlay available for flooring only. Best where tools and heavy equipment move through the load bay.

Installation path

1. Confirm the van

We confirm model, wheelbase, roof height and how the load area is used.

2. Lock the protection spec

Select lining, flooring and/or cargo partition, then assign the correct finish to each component.

3. CNC manufacture

Panels are cut for a repeatable fit around the van's factory profile, doors, ribs and access points.

4. Install & inspect

We fit, finish and inspect the load area before handover or the next fitout stage.

Protection FAQ

Can I combine all three options?

Yes. Ply lining, flooring and a ply cargo partition can be selected together. Each component can have its own permitted finish.

Why is rubber flooring-only?

Rubber is designed as a durable, high-grip horizontal load surface. For walls and ply partitions, Hex Ply or carpet provides the cleaner and more practical finish.

Can this be added before shelving and drawers?

Yes. Installing the protective shell first creates a clean foundation for a complete storage fitout. Your saved tracker carries both page selections together.

Is the ply partition an ADR-certified barrier?

A custom ply partition and a certified safety cargo barrier are not automatically the same product. Tell us your load-restraint or compliance requirements so the correct solution can be specified in your quote.
